Return and Exchange Policy

Our return and exchange policy will take you to the following guidelines:

• Ashok Jewelers follows a 10-day, no-questions-asked exchange policy on products of equal or higher value. In this context, specialized and customized items are exempted.
• We do not process returns. Only exchanges are processed.
• Exchanges are processed only when the original security tag is intact on the product. Our department will examine the product thoroughly, and any sign of wear, alteration, or resizing found leads to an immediate cancellation of the exchange.
• Requests to exchange made after the 10-day period will not be entertained.
• Please note that items such as nose pins are exempt from exchanges due to health concerns.
• Items associated with special offer tags are non-exchangeable. Such sales are always final.
• In the event that you wish to change or cancel your customized order, you will be charged for it.
• Watches are only exchanged, if the factory stickers are in place and watch shows no signs of wear or any altercation. Such watches are exchanged for another similar-branded watch, and a fee is applicable on exchange.
• Similarly, diamond jewelry is exchanged for diamond jewelry in the same category.
• Any altercation made to the jewelry or watch made it exempted from exchange facility.
